# Plan

`BUILDPRINT.md` is the canonical source of truth. This file exists for repository spine compatibility and must not weaken the Mapper phase-flow packet.

## Execution Order

1. Read `BUILDPRINT.md`.
2. Complete `01-questions.md` and `02-project-setup.md`.
3. Follow `03-phases/phase-index.yaml` and enter each phase through `03-phases/phase-flow.md`.
4. Run the proof gates in the active phase file.
5. Apply `04-evaluation.md` claim-upgrade and blocker-honesty rules.
6. Append runtime evidence only to `.buildprint/evidence/evidence-ledger.jsonl`.
