# Plan

Read `BUILDPRINT.md`, answer/default `01-questions.md`, apply `02-project-setup.md`, then execute phases in `03-phases/phase-index.yaml`.

## Phase Order

1. Phase 1: Cinematic storyboard workbench.
2. Phase 2: Episode flow persistence.
3. Phase 3: Production agent chat and board updates.
4. Phase 4: Async media generation and provider boundaries.
5. Phase 5: Webapp runtime, auth and deployment.

Each phase must implement a complete vertical outcome, run its proof gate, and record evidence before advancing.
