- [ ] `01-questions.md` defaults were applied without asking quality-tier questions.
- [ ] `02-project-setup.md` was completed before phase work.
- [ ] Provider adapter/config/tests exist before any live-provider blocker is accepted.
- [ ] Durable persistence and readback proof exist for owned state.
- [ ] Browser/e2e proof is repeatable and not screenshot-only.
- [ ] Evidence rows are narrow and written only to `.buildprint/evidence/evidence-ledger.jsonl`.
- [ ] Claims remain PROOF_REQUIRED until proof rows pass.
