Validated locally as a Buildprint package with an offline scoring proof only.

## Scope boundary

This validates the architecture and deterministic scoring contracts only. It does not claim a complete production evaluation OS, live behavior coverage for every referenced tool, sandboxed skill execution, real transcript capture, or provider/runtime adapters. Live integrations should be implemented as adapters and validated separately.
