- [ ] `BUILDPRINT.md` is the canonical start and the implementation followed Mapper phase-flow.
- [ ] `02-project-setup.md` was completed before implementation phases.
- [ ] Runtime evidence was written only to `.buildprint/evidence/evidence-ledger.jsonl`.
- [ ] Manual description path returns product analysis and scripts without URL.
- [ ] URL fixture path exercises scraper/research/analyze/script adapters without live network by default.
- [ ] At least two scripts exist and each has exactly five timed segments with b-roll requirements.
- [ ] Provider adapters are isolated and deterministic mock/no-network by default.
- [ ] Job lifecycle supports pending, running, success, failure, blocked, canceled, and retry with logs and provider records.
- [ ] A playable nonblank MP4 probes as 1080x1920 and includes captions and b-roll timing evidence.
- [ ] Browser studio exposes source input, scripts, configuration, generation, review/player, gallery, and publish handoff.
- [ ] Gallery is private by default and shows only consented metadata.
- [ ] Publish handoff is blocked without consent and mock/manual by default.
- [ ] Desktop and mobile screenshots show completed populated studio UI.
- [ ] Validation report records commands, screenshots, MP4 probe, provider mode, gaps, and status.
- [ ] Forbidden clone, parity, live provider, production durability, public gallery, and direct platform publishing claims are absent unless separately proven.
