The target is a full browser AI shorts production studio proof: product URL/manual input, analysis and five-segment UGC scripts, actor/voice/video configuration, pollable generation jobs, deterministic mock/no-network provider adapters, a playable 1080x1920 MP4 fixture, consent-gated gallery, consent-gated publish handoff, browser QA, and honest validation evidence.

Runtime evidence is not written into this packet. After phase-flow artifacts exist in the implementation workspace, append proof or blocker rows to `.buildprint/evidence/evidence-ledger.jsonl`.
