# Implementation Plan

Read `BUILDPRINT.md`, complete `01-questions.md` and `02-project-setup.md`, then execute phases through `03-phases/phase-flow.md`.

## Phase 1: Contracts And Adapters

Implement schemas, validation, deterministic mock providers, live blockers, consent checks, and contract tests.

## Phase 2: Job Runtime And State

Implement pollable job lifecycle, logs, provider records, retry/cancel, output manifest ownership, persistence/readback or honest durability blocker.

## Phase 3: Media Pipeline

Generate the deterministic 1080x1920 MP4 fixture with captions, nonblank visuals, b-roll timing, output manifest, and media proof.

## Phase 4: Browser Studio

Build the production-studio UI and browser tests for source input, scripts, configuration, generation, review/player, limitations, and negative states.

## Phase 5: Gallery Publish And Validation

Implement consent-gated gallery/video detail, publish handoff payloads, validation report, claim wording checks, secret scan, and final evidence.
